Ms. Hines brings personal experience with special needs to her practice as the mother of two daughters, one of whom passed away from Mitochondrial disease in November 2013. This deep personal understanding of special needs fuels her passion for quality special needs planning and drives her dedication to the practice.

 

Mark W. Worthington has been selected to Super Lawyers every year from 2008-2020 and has practiced exclusively in Special Needs Law, Elder Law, and Estate Planning for over 24 years. He graduated in 1991 from Northeastern University School of Law and was admitted to practice law in 1992. Recently, he accepted an appointment as a full-time Professor of Law and Director of the Graduate Program (LL.M.) in Elder Law and Estate Planning at Western New England University School of Law, an ABA-accredited law school where he taught as an Adjunct for 11 years. Mark is also a partner at Special Needs Law Group of Massachusetts, PC (“SNLG”).
