Peter Morin

Peter Morin serves in an Of Counsel role for the Special Needs Law Group. He received his Juris Doctorate from Western New England University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from The George Washington University. Most recently, Peter has retired after working as the Town Administrator for the Town of Norwell and previously served as Town Solicitor and Chief of Staff and Operations for the Town of Braintree. Prior to his work in municipal administration, Peter worked as a Regional Counsel and later Director of Investigations for the Department of Mental Health; Senior Litigation Counsel and later Director of Performance Measures for the Department of Correction; Deputy General Counsel for the Department of Developmental Services; and General Counsel for the Board of Registration in Medicine. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the Massachusetts federal District Court.
