Our Firm

Who We Are

More than 95% of our clients are families with special needs: parents, a sibling, sometimes the individual with disabilities himself/herself.

Our clients come from every economic strata/background and various stages of their lives: business owners, employees, retirees, young parents, parents with children transitioning to adulthood at the same time as their parents are transitioning to dependency, and elderly parents themselves.

Special Needs Law Group of Massachusetts is able to bring to this narrow practice a broad array of specialized knowledge in the areas of:

  • Trusts
  • Estates
  • Income Taxation of Trusts and Estates
  • Estate Tax
  • Asset Protection
  • Public Benefits
  • Trust and Estate Administration
  • Guardianship and Conservatorship
  • Probate Proceedings
  • Business Succession

To accomplish this, our nationally-recognized attorneys collectively are special needs parents themselves, board and committee members or chairs of various state and national organizations, and have been cited for public service by both the Massachusetts House of Representatives and Massachusetts Senate. They are graduates of the law schools of Boston University, Harvard University, Howard University, Northeastern University, Suffolk University, and the University of New Mexico.

Because this practice is unique, our clients (and trust beneficiaries) come to us from all over the Commonwealth.
